This session on Thomas Aquinas ends our pre-Reformation church history class. Aquinas is known as the greatest of the Schoolmen and best illustrates Scholasticism. Not only did he contribute volumes to Medieval theology, he functions as the hinge out of the Middle Ages. His work is also picked up and used by the later Reformers.
